Recreation

Ladera Tower's central location puts you minutes from some of Guam's best attractions.

Golf

Guam has seven world class golf courses designed by some of the sports' greatest players, including Jack Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. Mangilao Golf Club, an 18 hole course situated on the cliffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean, is located just up the road from Ladera Tower.

Night Life

For some, the fun doesn't start until the sun goes down. Aside from the local bars and pubs, you can catch one of the Island dinner shows featured in Tumon, or visit the Sandcastle, a Vegas-style showroom. If you're a bit too worn out for dancing or karaoke, a dinner and sunset cruise can be the perfect way to end your day, or even start a weekend

Diving

Guam boasts some of the best diving in the world due in large part to the coral reefs that surround the island. Additionally, more than half a dozen shipwrecks and planes lie at the bottom of Apra Harbor. The Blue Hole is Guam's most popular dive site. A natural vertical chimney, this hole extends 90 meters down into the rock, with a window at 40 meters where divers can exit into the open water.

Shopping

Guam’s duty free shopping status means that no tariffs are added to many quality name brand international products. See for yourself with a 15 minute drive to DFS Galleria in the heart of Tumon. The Micronesia Mall is only 10 minutes away from you home at Ladera. That, along with Guam Premier Outlets in Tamuning and the Agana Shopping Center are Guam’s largest retail outlets. Each of these facilities offer everything for individual, home and office use, plus luxury and gift items.
